Admissions Process
Found the right QRC course for you? Here is an overview of how the admissions process works.
1. Complete Application Form
Complete and submit the Online Application Form. You can begin your application then use the “Save and Continue Later” button at the bottom of the page. A link will be emailed to you to click and continue when ready – this link is valid for 30 days.
The following documents may be required and can be uploaded before you submit your application.
- Verified* copy of your Birth Certificate or Passport (Domestic students)
- Certified* copy of your Birth Certificate or Passport (International students)
- Academic Transcript (International students must upload a certified* copy)
- Curriculum Vitae (CV) / Resume, including any relevant work references
- Medical or Learning support reports
- Copies of relevant industry-related awards and/or certificates (if applicable)
- If English is not your mother tongue – Evidence of English Language Ability Test
* A certified document means it has been stamped, dated and signed by a registered Justice of the Peace (JP) or Notary Public.
*A verified document can also be stamped, dated and signed by a Teacher, Careers Advisor or Police.
2. Confirmation of Application
Once you have submitted your application, QRC will acknowledge receipt of your application by phone or email within two working days.
3. Application Review
QRC will review your application to confirm you meet the QRC entry requirements. If so, you will then be asked to complete an course discussion over the phone as part of the review process.

Medical Certificate | A QRC Medical Form will be sent to students 6 weeks prior to course commencement. This needs to be signed by a certifed medical practitioner and returned prior to attending off-site activites. This medical check will be at the students own expense. |

4. Application Interview
Interviews are usually completed over the phone with a member of the Academic Team. The purpose of the interview is to get to know you better, hear about your future plans, understand why you are interested in the course, any particular papers you like and your understanding of the internship program and the PE system.
5. Conditional Offer of Place
QRC will contact you about the outcome. If successful you will be emailed a Conditional Offer of Place, Schedule of Fees showing the deposit required to secure your place and an Enrolment Form.
6. Confirmation of Place
Once you have paid your course placement fee, met any conditions outlined on the offer and signed the Enrolment Form you will be emailed to confirm your place.
7. Payment of Fees
Domestic Students:
QRC will issued an invoice for the balance of your first year tuition fees, due prior to the commencement date. On payment of this invoice you will be issued with a receipt of payment.
International Students:
QRC will be issued an invoice for the balance of your first year tuition fees and course related costs, due prior to the commencement date. On payment of this invoice you will be issued with a receipt of payment, a Confirmation of Study letter to submit with your visa application and the rest of your documentation.
8. Welcome Pack
Six weeks prior to course commencement you will be sent a QRC Welcome Pack. This contains a medical form, information about your arrival, accommodation and Orientation.
9. Orientation
The first day of your Orientation Programme is check-in day at the lodge. This is followed by two days of on campus activity.
