This room is perfect for boardroom-style meetings and presentations. It features a large round table with 16 chairs, Wi-Fi, and a PC connected to a Smart TV and camera – ideal for online, hybrid, or in-person discussions. The room opens onto a balcony, creating a bright, airy space for breaks or informal discussions.

This versatile Function Room is ideal for workshops, seminars, training sessions, small conferences and meetings. It can be set up in classroom (standard), pod style, u-shape, or theatre style seating, and is fully equipped with Wi-Fi, a pull-out screen, and a projector – making it easy to run seamless presentations and events.
Combining luxury and style, the room also offers full catering facilities. In the summer months, the adjoining lounge and balcony – overlooking Lake Wakatipu and Bob’s Peak – provide the perfect setting for mingling, networking, or social gathering before or after your event.
