1. What you’re buying
A QRC Café Lunch Bundle provides 50 lunches to be redeemed at the QRC Café (one lunch per day). Lunches can only be redeemed for food at the QRC Café. The bundle is not cash, cannot be exchanged for cash, and has no value outside the QRC Café.
2. How it works
A parent, guardian, or student buys a Lunch Bundle online. Payment is processed by Stripe. Lunches are only added to the student’s account once payment is confirmed. The student redeems a lunch by showing their QRC Student ID to redeem.
3. Who the lunches belong to
Lunches are linked to a named student and can only be used by that student. They cannot be transferred to another student or person.
4. Validity period
Lunches are valid for the term (Based on a 10 week term)
5. Refunds
Lunch Bundles are non-refundable for change of mind, and we do not refund unredeemed lunches in cash. If food is not as described, you remain entitled to a remedy.
6. What a lunch cover
Each lunch entitles the student to the café’s standard hot lunch of the day, or a packed/cabinet option of equivalent value on request. The QRC Café manager sets and may adjust what’s included in a standard lunch (students don’t need to manage). One lunch always equals one lunch.
7. Pricing
The price of a Lunch Bundle is shown at the time of purchase and may change for future bundles. Once purchased, your 50 lunches are secured regardless of later price changes.
8. Account accuracy
You’re responsible for giving correct student details (including Student ID) at purchase. QRC is not liable for lunches added to the wrong account due to incorrect information provided by you.
9. Privacy
We collect only the information needed to operate the Lunch Bundle system (e.g. student name, ID, dietary requirements, purchase records). We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 2020. Parents’ access to a student’s account is provided only where appropriate, recognising many QRC students are adults.
10. Suspension or misuse
QRC may suspend or cancel an account where there is fraud, misuse, or a breach of these terms.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this website, and material changes will apply from the date they’re posted.
